1. Purpose and Scope of Collection

CUSTOMER INFORMATION CONFIDENTIALITY The data collection on our website primarily includes: full name, phone number, and address of the customer (member). This is mandatory information that members must provide when registering for services, allowing us to confirm the identity of the customer and ensure consumer rights. During the payment transaction process at our website, we only retain detailed information regarding the member’s paid orders; bank account details will not be stored.

Members shall be solely responsible for the security and maintenance of all activities performed under their registered name, password, and email address. Furthermore, members are responsible for promptly notifying our website of any unauthorized use, abuse, or security breaches regarding their registration name and password by a third party so that appropriate measures can be taken.

2. Scope of Information Use

The Company uses the information provided by members to:

  • Provide services to members.
  • Send notifications regarding information exchange between the member and the website.
  • When you register as a member on the website, we will also use your personal information to send promotional/marketing communications. You may opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe function included in the promotional messages.
  • Prevent activities that destroy a member’s user account or activities involving identity theft.
  • Contact and resolve issues with members in special cases.
  • Legal requirements: The Company is responsible for cooperating and providing members’ personal information upon request from judicial authorities, including the Procuracy, Courts, and investigative police agencies regarding any legal violations by the customer. Beyond this, no one has the right to infringe upon a member’s personal information.

3. Data Retention Period

Members’ personal data will be stored until a request for cancellation is made or until the member logs in and performs the cancellation manually. In all other cases, member personal information will be kept confidential on our servers.

4. Means and Tools for Users to Access and Edit Personal Data

  • Members have the right to check, update, adjust, or cancel their personal information by logging into their account and editing the details or by requesting us to do so.
  • Members have the right to submit complaints to our Administration Board. Upon receiving such feedback, we will verify the information and, depending on the severity of the issue, take timely measures to address it.

5. Commitment to Customer Personal Information Confidentiality

The Management Board requires individuals to provide full relevant personal information when registering/purchasing as a Member, such as: Full name, contact address, email, ID number, phone number, account number, payment card number, etc., and they shall be responsible for the legality of the provided information. The Management Board shall not be held responsible for, nor resolve any complaints related to, the rights of a member if it is determined that the personal information provided during initial registration was inaccurate.

We are committed to the absolute confidentiality of members’ personal information in accordance with our personal information protection policy. The collection and use of each member’s information are only carried out with that customer’s consent, except in cases prescribed by law.

We shall not use, transfer, provide, or disclose a member’s personal information to any third party without the member’s express permission.

In the event that the information server is attacked by hackers resulting in the loss of member personal data, we will be responsible for reporting the incident to the investigating authorities for timely handling and notifying the members.

Absolute confidentiality is maintained for all online transaction information, including accounting invoices and digitized documents.
